Special Events
In February 2010 we will be offering a new Spiritual Growth program - "Living Courageously". Click here for details.
Sundays
At 9.30am: Church in Buccleuch, with a children's talk and an adult
sermon. During the adult sermon there is Sunday School for the children and
a creche for the little ones.
Once a month our music is provided by the church band, a group of our talented
young people.
Once a month we have the sacrament of Holy Supper.
Weekdays
Once a month: House or 'cell' groups meet for an evening of fellowship,
spiritual study and discussion. Currently we have 3 different groups in Gauteng
- one in the northern Johannesburg suburbs, another in the more eastern suburbs
closer to Buccleuch, and a third in the Centurion-Pretoria area - each studying
a different topic chosen by the group.
Twice a month: A Bible study based at the church. Often the 1st and
3rd Wednesday of the month at 10am. Here we explore the various books of the
Bible.
Ad Hoc
As the need arises, we offer additional programs for specific interest groups.
A particularly popular offering has been the 'Rise Above It!' course - a structured
program for spiritual growth through study of the 10 Commandments. These will
be advertised under the "Special Events" heading found earlier on
this page.
