God is One
There is one loving, personal God, and He is the Lord Jesus Christ.
God is Love and Life
Nothing but good can come from God because His very nature is love.
God is the source of all life and is constantly present in all life.
Faith
Faith is an acknowledgement of what is true, but faith without charity is nothing.
Heaven, Hell and Judgement
God does not judge us; we judge ourselves. Heaven is not a reward for the good things we have done. Hell is not a punishment for the bad things we have done. Where we end up is the result of choices that we alone make.
Freedom
God always preserves our freedom to choose what we want to believe and what we want to do. Freedom is an essential component of spiritual life.
The Word of God
The bible is the Word of God, and even when describing actual history, contains valuable parables or metaphors - an inner meaning which gives deeper insights into God, spiritual growth, and the human condition.
God Loves Everyone
God is nevery angry with us, and never punishes us, because He loves us so much. God welcomes people of every faith into heaven, if they have lived a good life according to their religion.
God Leads Everyone
God constantly works to lead all people to Himself, and away from harmful desires and behaviours. At the same time God carefully protects our freedom to make our own choices.
Where Is God When Bad Things Happen?
God loves us and never wishes us to suffer. However He never interferes with our spiritual freedom to choose how we want to live, so he allows things to happen even if he does not want them to happen.
